INTENT TO ENROLL FORM 2025-2026 School Year
The Intent to Enroll for the school year 2025-26 opens June 1, 2024. Placement offers for school year 2025-26 will be made in December of 2024.
Please understand that submitting this form in no way guarantees your child(ren) enrollment at AVA, nor does it obligate you to enroll your child(ren). Please do not complete the form more than once. Doing so risks info to be deleted. This Intent to Enroll is only good for the year selected. We only accept information from parents whose child is eligible to attend the current or up-coming school year.
ENROLLMENT for the 2024-2025 School Year
All open spots for the 2024-2025 school year have been filled. The waitlist is closed.
Applications to enroll in Aspen View's Pre-K program open in June. Families are notified by December if their child has been accepted for the upcoming school year. We will continue to offer placement through the school year and summer as changes occur.
Those families with a currently attending AVA student and AVA staff are given first priority for Pre-K openings. Students will then be accepted according to the Intent to Enroll date.
Parents will be notified of openings by email. Please provide best contact email and check spam folder periodically. You will have 24 hours to respond to the enrollment offer. If we do not get a response within 24 hours, we will remove your name from our database and contact the next name on our wait list.

PRE-K HOURS
AVA only offers a full day program, Monday - Friday (8:00am - 3:30pm).
PRE-K REQUIREMENTS
- Students must be age 4 by October 1st
- Students must be fully potty trained
PRE-K COST
$75 one-time only registration fee.
Monthly fee of $820
