Next School Year Openings
The wait list to attend Aspen View Academy for the upcoming year is managed through the DCSD Open Enrollment process.
If you would like to be added to the waitlist, you need to complete the Douglas County School District (DCSD) Open Enrollment process. This must be done every year as previous years' Open Enrollment lists do not "roll foward".
There are two windows to complete the Open Enrollment process to get on the waitlist.
Round One
The first window to put your child on the waitlist usually opens the beginning of November and closes the beginning of December. If you do not receive an offer of enrollment during this first round, you will remain on the waitlist for the second round of Open Enrollment.
Round Two
The second window for Open Enrollment usually opens mid-January and goes through August. If a spot is available, you will be contacted via email using the email address used during Open Enrollment. Email offers include specific deadlines that must be met to proceed with the enrollment process.
