Weekly "Newsletter" From Mrs. Stump:

 CMAS Testing is over! Yay!

Last week was a big one for our class as we completed CMAS testing, and I could not be more proud of how the students showed up each day. They demonstrated perseverance, focus, and a positive attitude throughout the entire week! Testing can be a long and challenging process, but they truly gave it their all!

This week, we will have a four-day school week, with no school for students on Friday due to a teacher work day. During our time together, we will be wrapping up our Exploration of North America unit. It has been exciting to see students make connections and deepen their understanding of how exploration shaped our world. As we close out this unit, we will begin our final unit of the year on Colonial Times. This is always a favorite, as students get to explore what life was like during this important period in history and continue building on the knowledge they have gained throughout the last few units.

Last Friday, an email was sent out with information about our final field trip to Skate City on May 1st. We are currently looking for two chaperones to join us for this fun end-of-year event. If you are interested in volunteering, please be sure to sign up as soon as possible. If you are not selected as a chaperone, you are still more than welcome to meet us at the Littleton Skate City at 9:30 a.m. and join in on the fun! If you missed the MSB Link, you can access it HERE

With love,
Mrs. Stump

Meet Mrs. Mindy Stump

I am delighted to begin my tenth year at Aspen View Academy this year! I have been teaching for 18 years. I received my bachelors degree in Elementary Education at John Brown University and my Masters of Education at Cedarville University.

It is a privilege to be a teacher. I became a teacher to impact the lives of students. My first goal is to provide a safe and caring environment for your child. Secondly, I strive to provide a learning experience where each student is able to meet their full potential as students and future leaders. Thirdly, I want to partner with you to create a team that works for the best interests of your child.

It is crucial to a child's success to have support and encouragement from their families, school, and community. I appreciate your involvement and support this year as we work together. I look forward to an excellent 2025-2026 school year!
