Hello Aspen View Academy Families,
We hope you are all having an enjoyable summer.
Here are a couple of things to remember as we get closer to the 23/24 school year.

Express Check-In opens today, July 24th for AVA. Please click here to complete Express Check-In.

As of August 7th, the office will be open from 9-3 Monday-Friday.

Elementary teachers will be sending an email in early August inviting you to sign up for a Meet and Greet. K-5 ONLY

Elementary Meet and Greets will take place on August 14th and 15th.

Picture Day for Pre-K, Kindergarten and Middle School Students will be on August 23rd.

Picture Day for 1st-5th grades will be on August 24th. These pictures will be used for the yearbook and ID cards, every student will be photographed, even if you do not order photos. We will have a make up day in October.

Middle School Curriculum night will take place on August 10th. Students are encouraged to attend with their parent(s).

August 14th is the first day of school for Middle School Students.

August 16th is the first day of school for PreK-5th Grade students.

Middle School 8:00-3:30

PreK-5th Grade 8:15-3:30

Parents can walk their child to class on the FIRST DAY of school ONLY. Any adult entering the building at any time will need an ID. The doors will be opened at 7:45 and you may walk your student directly to class.

Middle school students will be able to view and choose electives early August. A link will be sent out to families and placed on our website for middle schoolers.
