Dear French Students,

I am so excited to be the new French teacher at Aspenview Academy!  I have always loved the French language and culture and am looking forward to sharing that love with the students at AVA.  I majored in French Education at the University of Oklahoma.  I had the opportunity to study abroad in France for a year during my university years.  It was an experience that changed my life forever.  

We are going to have a lot of fun learning about the French language and culture.  Even though I'm not a good singer, I love using music and songs in my class to help you remember new vocabulary.  I also like incorporating videos into the classroom so students can experience authentic French language and culture.  We will play lots of games to keep the class fun and exciting.  

We also have a French club at AVA, that meets on Tuesdays after school.  I hope you will join us.
