Aspen View Academy’s Pre-K program is a 4/5 year-old program (must be age 4 by October 1st) that uses the Core Knowledge Sequence. The benefits of Core Knowledge are many, and it has been widely accepted that it improves student performance. The Core Knowledge Sequence recognizes that children are always ready to learn, and they build knowledge based on what they already know.

At Aspen View Academy Pre-K we strive to provide a planned Core Knowledge educational program for a pre-elementary children. Our goal is to foster the social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth of each child to emphasize total development. We recognize that all children are individuals with specific needs, we therefore attempt to offer rich and enriching play based experiences in a sensible progression, allowing the children to proceed at their own pace without pressure. In recent years, there has been increased recognition of the benefits of early childhood educaiton. Aspen View Academy embraces a vision of a preschool program and utilizes these critical first years to give children a head start in all areas of development. Fostering a love for life long learning.
