Lesson Help After School
If your student needs help with their instrument or would like a little extra guidance on their own music, I am available after school for them to stop by. Students can stay up to 30 minutes. Parents can pick them up at 4pm.
Meet Mrs. Knestis
I am a Colorado native from Evergreen, I graduated from Colorado Christian University with a Bachelors in Music Education, this is my fifth year teaching at AVA! I also work with the Colorado Jazz Ambassadors as a flute instructor, and I'm an assistant director for Castle View's marching band this season. I love working with these kids, I call them my weirdos (in the most loving way). I play flute, clarinet, saxophone, and piano. Outside of music, I have passions for animals (including my cat Stella Blue), movies, and enjoy acrylic painting.
