Knowledge/Skills (Reading and Writing): This week we will continue unit one and learn about nouns and tricky words. Please review the words: are, were, have, a, the, one, once, do, and, two.
In writing we will practice writing in complete sentences and learning a new graphic organizer.
Math:
We will begin switching for math on Monday. Your student's math teacher will reach out, and their math agenda will be on their website.
Core Knowledge: Human body unit
Students will explore and make discoveries about their own bodies. They will be introduced to a network of body systems, comprised of organs that, together, perform vital jobs. Students will learn the fundamental parts and
functions of five body systems: skeletal, muscular, digestive, circulatory, and nervous.
